rolling out the 'energy system' on @duolingo piano is horrible! the piano app is still buggy, and now the energy system just adds stress to learning as opposed to helping... also defeats the purpose of leaderboards, if you have to pause learning (or watch commercials). Bad move!

@ShakaInc @AirCanada further - i'm fine waiting on hold for a couple hours to talk to someone in this kind of situation - but their system doesn't even give that option. It just hangs up on the customer!! Zero customer support!!
