I don’t have to hate Trump to support Biden, nor do I have to support Biden to hate Trump. I support Joe Biden because he supports me - and us. When I say us, I mean the people. He’s the working man’s President and The People’s President. His vision, his goals for America and what he has accomplished with historic legislation that has brought manufacturing back, made us competitive as a country again and less reliant on China. Biden has brought investment back to communities that have been ignored and forgotten - especially in rural America. He has worked to repair and strengthen relationships with our allies, to protect world democracy. Biden has lifted millions of kids out of poverty, rather than punish them for being born into it as Republicans seem to relish in. I support Biden because he is kind, he doesn’t bully. He is not hateful, nor is he cruel. I support Biden because he supports the working class, unions, holds corporations to account and believes in public education and this nation’s teachers. Biden listens to science, the experts and surrounds himself with knowledgeable and competent advisors who also care about this country, its security, its prosperity and equity for those living in it. I support Biden because he never stops trying to do what’s best and right for America as a whole, despite the partisan divide that has engulfed it. He does it because he believes we are better than that as not only Americans, but as humans as well. Does that answer your question?

This is the last thing that Trump needed... In a new surprise filing with the court, James demanded the proof because she has serious concerns about Knight Speciality Insurance Company, the company underwriting the massive bond. The filing states that James "hereby takes exception to the sufficiency of the surety" and notes that the company is operating "without a certificate of qualification." New York law stipulates that such companies show that they're "solvent, responsible and otherwise qualified to make policies or contracts of the kind required." Knight Speciality Insurance Company operates out of California and so James doesn't have access to the required information. She is demanding that they produce adequate evidence to show that they can cover the amount if Trump loses his appeal. Absurdly, Trump tried to argue that his free speech rights were being violated. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee was totally unswayed by Trump's absurd claims, and ruled that the statements from Trump and his cronies in the indictment were made "in furtherance of criminal activity" and thus they are NOT protected by the First Amendment.
