@saskfarmguy Search you tube video "MacDon FD1 flex draper setup - draper seal height" I have FD 70 but same issue. Before I adjusted it I would just periodically run the header empty all the way to the top for a minute or 2 and all that crap would come out the back corner.

Macdon FD1 owners, how do I stop buildup of chaff and straw building up inside the drapers? Not sure how it’s getting inside. Builds up over time and stops the Draper and have to clean it out.

@BuffaloAgLtd I believe they do best in acidic soils.
