@nikestore extremely disappointed with the terrible customer service received so far from Nike, never received order from 21/11 holding £142 of my money with no refund or contact with what is happening

@nikestore ordered on 21st November - dispatched on 23rd but items never received, contact chat function several times and just keep getting told it is being looked at- no timescale! I have had to re-order the items but still no refund for the initial order!!
