@awjre @drivingmzstacey @MattPinder1 @ianwalker Saw that but like the consistency of each status being 'Car X' and the ultimate being Car Free - remember this should focus on the perspective of a 'normal' person or driver, who would likely argue they're not being put first. Also, 'car free' is already well used and understood.

@drivingmzstacey @awjre @MattPinder1 @ianwalker Always and Free at opposite ends of the scale works for me! 'Discouraged' seems more provocative than 'Sometimes' - imposed rules versus user choices. It's not just car-centric minds that can't be told anything nowadays - people need to make their own decisions to embrace change.
