Absolutely dismayed by @HSBC's refusal to grant a reversal for a fraudulent transaction reported within 30 seconds of the debit message. Unbelievable disregard for customer security and trust. @RBI @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @PMOIndia @narendramodi @HSBC_IN

@HSBC_IN The aforementioned was done but the usual customer care automated response and no real attempt to redressal. Anyways, a legal complaint has been filed for not only transaction reversal but also damages for the harassment we have been put through.

@HSBC_IN Have written multiple emails and had a dozen calls with customer service but there is no redressal even after a month. Have done as suggested in the reply nevertheless.
