so @CTtheDisrupter *really* wants a 2nd debate. the only way I will agree to that is if he can prove that his methodology actually works to get an account to 6 figs per day in spend profitably.
he refuses, but keeps asking for a debate. just to be super clear: there is 0% chance of a 2nd debate with Charley unless he can actually provide evidence listed above.
English

@jordanhaswings @CTtheDisrupter Spending 100+k a day - we launch 80 creatives a day. This is my answer
English

If you watched the debate and voted for @CTtheDisrupter , can you please tell me why? and what argument won you over? I really, really want to know...

locked in for a month, spent over 2.5M, hit the 240k/day rev mark, tested a lot of shit.
But one thing was huge for us - it literally saved the biggest scaling campaigns.
When your creative is dying out in a high-spending ad set/campaign and none of the new ads you upload are hitting - instead of turning it down or downscaling, just duplicate the winning ad and change the headline, page, and primary text (3 new ads with the same creative).
8/10 times it works and saves the performance. Will share the rest in other posts.

ai is changing ecom forever
we used veo3 + sora2 + dropmagic to:
→ build a store in under 20 seconds
→ launch ads without agencies or editors
→ hit 6.12 ROAS on cold traffic
this stack is already powering multiple 7-fig stores
want the exact setup + tools?
rt + comment “store” and i’ll send it (+ guide)
(must follow for dm)

@eCom_Amin Solid! How do you come up with it? Ofc research - but maybe you have a prompt or technique how to come up with the best one
English

stop writing ads like a salesman. start writing them like a therapist who knows exactly why your customer cried in their car yesterday
here's the framework that printed $$$
i sell baby strollers. everyone else writes "lightweight! easy fold! all-terrain wheels!" nobody gives a shit
moms don't buy strollers because they need wheels. they buy them because they feel like prisoners in their own home. lost their identity. became invisible. miss their old life
so my ad just says: "remember when you could just... leave?"
boom. 47% increase in CTR
you're not selling products. you're diagnosing pain that people can't even articulate themselves
examples that absolutely printed:
weight loss: "tired of pretending you're not hungry?"
skincare: "sick of people asking if you're okay?"
course: "done pretending you understand what everyone's talking about?"
features tell. benefits sell. but acknowledging hidden shame? that prints money
your customer has a secret pain they've never told anyone. find it. name it. solve it

5th day on a new store
What product you sell MATTERS!
Have fun testing different angles when no one cares about your product...
Found this product in under 10 minutes using a new product research software you've never heard of
Scans Shopify stores around the globe to see who is scaling. I've just duplicated what works it in a different market
Ecom has literally never been easier
Want access to this software?
Comment 'RESEARCH' and I'll reveal it in your DM

@ashvinmelwani i mean you can, but you will have to change almost everything - headline, copy and etc. in that case you are just basically making a new one.

After seeing how bad our net new reach has gotten I have been looking at creatives differently.
Both of these creatives are solid but they’re meant for two different audiences.
The one on the left will be served to a lower MOF/BOF audience. Someone who may already know about the brand/product.
The one on the right will be served to a more TOF/MOF, someone in market but isn’t aware of your product.
In theory, the one on the left won’t work without the one on the right.
Want to make both of these for TOF?
Remove the product entirely and run from a non branded to pique someone’s interest.
Just my two cents and my shifting beliefs.

Negative angle vs AI before/after Which one would you bet on? Both made by my team

@benradack Creatives and data - thats it. If media buyer has no clue about any of those two things - fire him.
English

Media buyers today need to be more than budget jockeys.
We're not just turning things off when CPAs get high anymore. We're strategists who understand the entire business.
You spot patterns across the whole funnel. You know why something's broken, not just that it's broken. You fix the root cause, not the symptom.
High CAC? Could be the offer, the landing page, the email sequence, or maybe the market shifted and nobody noticed.
The best media buyers think like CMOs who happen to run ads
You need to understand customer psychology, profit margins, LTV math, creative strategy, and market positioning.
Basic media buying is gone.
If you're just moving budgets around and checking ROAS, you're already obsolete.
The job evolved. We had to evolve with it.

Influencer: charge $2,000 → make zero sales.
Our UGC creators: free sample + commission → $27,000 avg. in sales.
That’s why our roster is packed with closers, not influencers.
↳ this system pumps out 200+ TikToks from our creators every month on autopilot 👇
What started as an experiment…
Has now become a plug-and-play TikTok Shop creator flywheel that:
•Activates 1000+ creators per brand
•Generates 100+ UGC videos weekly with zero wasted samples
•Tests 100+ hooks, angles & formats until winners emerge
•Tracks GMV per creator and scales the top performers automatically
•Operates 24/7 as a distributed “creator army” powered by AI + human oversight
The results?
•2M+ organic views
•Dozens of videos passed 100K+ virality
•Brands hitting $15k-40k+ added GMV in the first 30 days (we used this to accomplish $15k first month sales for clean Nutra last month)
•Entirely organic — no initial ad spend required
•Now scaling into Q4 with 14,000+ vetted creators inside our network
Why it worked:
•No wasted time or ad spend — organic virality first
• No spray and pray — real strategy only
•No wasted samples — only shipped to proven creators
•Scripts, hooks, edits, and uploads handled end-to-end
•Real creators, empowered by our AI system
Want to steal this exact TikTok Shop system?
I’ll send you:

→ The creator distribution strategy
→ All agents + tracking dashboards

I’ve launched 12+ supplement brands to 7 and 8 figures
it’s all been a creator focused play….
till now.
- no creators
- no commissions
- no agencies
literally the fastest way in history to scale a brand to $10m
all because of ai
Here’s how 👇
### Ai Mass Content Engine
New APIs like Nano Banana, gpt 5, etc have made it fucking instantaneous to create photo realistic UGC
Best part is it’s a mass scale
(I’m talking 10,000+ vids per month)
and it’s cheap as shit
($2/video or less…)
but how do you actually do it?
### The Scaling Problem
I’ve grown supp brands to $25m+ in revenue by hiring hundreds of creators on retainer and training them to go viral
Problem is, you pay them each $1k/mo for content and you hire 20 at a time
it’s expensive as shit and creators are very inconsistent/ unreliable
but ai gets rid of all those issues
### The Quantum Leap
Why haven’t you heard of this before?
Rewind 6 months, there was no software that could produce more than 100 videos per month, let alone 10,000
Even if it could, new softwares like Nano Banana have completely changed the game.
Took shitty unrealistic obviously ai videos with shitty avatars into photorealistic people.
### wtf do u do with this info?
I’m sure you’ve seen like 100 posts abt ai videos on ur feed this month.
I dropped a video on how we scaled to $200k/mo with our ai agent that’s been pushing us out 10k vids every month.
taking it down in 24hrs
comment “AGENT” + RT and I’ll send you the copy and paste playbook video.

My ads team will be soo pissed off at this...
But I don't care.
I just dropped a full 48 min training on Unaware Ads.
It’s the same ad type we’ve used to take brands stuck at $5K days to scaling past $30K/day.
We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients…
But today, I’m giving it away 100% FREE.
Like + Comment “UNAWARE” and I’ll send it to you.
