One thing that’s worked really well for me: I find small creators who are hungry to grow and pay them around $20/video. I don’t leave the creative up to them though. I write the script, decide the hook, overlays, shots, edits, CTA—everything. They just focus on recording. Way more consistent, way easier to scale.
