@saas_marketer_ @real_doved a lot, be prepared to sink some money before you find good creators and a format that converts well i probably wouldn't even attempt creating a UGC program if you don't have $5k if you get lucky, you can pull it off but i wouldn't count on it

organic has a decent luck factor: meaning even if your post is very good, it won't necessarily go viral...that's why you need large volume but still keep in mind that if the post is bad, there's almost 100% chance, it won't go viral so you have to do large volume while keeping up quality and not get discouraged in the process...

is it just me or is @uber customer support going downhill? used to be really good. easy refund if something went wrong now have to waste my time on kafkaesque bullshit just to get refund for orders that don’t arrive

my pipeline into managing 1,000 creators posting daily human-only content 1/ on recruiting onboard new creators continuously you need a large pool to find the truly strong ones one great creator can drive 100M+ views across multiple apps it's a power law. always has been the goal is to reduce that risk by increasing the number of high quality creators build your own pipeline best is you have your own, don't use platforms that everyone uses, dont share your creators 2/ on spotting talent within one week: can she communicate and take direction? can she express strong emotions. remember, those are actors within two to three weeks: can she produce outliers? (vs median) without outliers, you can't tell if it's a content problem, a creator problem, or an account problem 3/ on scaling your best creators once a creator is cracked, have her open more accounts/cross post on more platforms. it's easier to manage, leads to better results and simpler ops other apps/lazy competitors will come for them. always money alone won't keep them strong management and meaningful work will so nurture them

Day 150 of building in Public. Goal is to earn $9,000 in May. Current progress: Installs: 3,384(+143) Revenue: $5,516(+112) MRR: $2210(+20) Apparently you can only run TikTok ads only in limited amount of countries depending on your origin. I can't run USA ads from Kazakhstan. That's really problematic

Stop comparing your chapter 1 to someone else’s highlight reel. Focus on your own product. Keep shipping. Keep marketing. Keep going.
