@quxiaoyin Would/do you send them to traditional schooling? That's the debacle I have with a current toddler - the trad school / home school / what else-decision, given the linear mindset of schools to date.

I have kids. I work in AI every day. And honestly? I have no idea what their careers will look like in 15 years. But I know what will carry them through. First, and this might sound unromantic: make money and save it for them. We can debate educational philosophy all day, but the world is changing so fast that financial security might be the most practical gift we can give. Buy some gold bars. Seriously. Second, nurture their imagination. AI rewards people with initiative and wild ideas. The kid who daydreams, who asks weird questions, who wants to try ten things at once? That kid will thrive. AI can execute. AI can be disciplined. What AI can't do is dream up something nobody's thought of before. Third, build resilience. There are no more iron rice bowls (guaranteed lifetime jobs). Any stable, predictable job is exactly the kind of job AI will learn to replace. Our kids will likely switch directions many times in their lives. Learn something new, get replaced, pivot, repeat. It's more like being a hunter than a farmer. Schools don't teach this. Schools teach you to follow a linear path: high school, college, grad school, stable job. That linear path is becoming the most dangerous one. Last, invest in their ability to connect with other humans. Not networking. Not schmoozing. Real emotional connection. Building trust, offering support, making people feel seen. As AI handles more of the rational, analytical work, the human ability to genuinely relate to other humans becomes more rare and more valuable. I don't have all the answers. But I know that imagination, resilience, and genuine human warmth aren't going out of style anytime soon. #AI #Parenting #Education #FutureOfWork

If you were a victim of the #Hypervault rug that happened earlier last year on HyperEVM, i need you to reach out to me! I'm working with someone who can help recover these funds, we have enough data to move forward, i just need as many as possible affected people to reach out to me via DMs so i can verify then add you in a group so we can pursue this together. Do tag anyone you know who have been affected if you were not affected yourself.

The cost of being average has never been higher. AI helps businesses eliminate mediocre employees. That is no longer a question. But it's not that AI is replacing workers. It's that ultra-talented team members, now armed with significantly more leverage, can play the role 5 other people used to have to play. And it's worth explaining why: AI allows for significantly easier CONTEXT SWITCHING. One single person can now wear multiple hats within a department because they have pre-set projects & skills that let's them "boot up" into the work much faster. These hold context and keep you organized in real time without having to hang on to the mental open loops. It's why you're seeing CEOs commit code again. They can immediately jump from a board meeting into coding mode because their AI projects can remind them where they left off. And this type of "flattening" is going to happen to every business. One talented marketer can write ads, record ads, run ads, write emails, set up funnel tech, and write social content. That used to take 5 people. Insert whatever department or skill you want, and the example holds. It will be the AI Orchestrators accomplishing more themselves than large teams used to accomplish. Margins will be higher, and these talented individuals will receive massive amounts of compensation. This isn't fear mongering. Just look around! You will not find a company actively looking to expand its headcount right now. And it's only getting started. So. What does that mean for you? I would recommend 2 things: 1. Get as close to revenue generation as possible. The more direct revenue you produce for the company, the less likely you will end up in these cuts. The further you are from revenue, the easier your role will be consolidated into someone else's. 2. Enter into a significant period of AI immersion. You need to take your upskilling very seriously. You want to put yourself in a position to orchestrate and play multiple roles at once. Stay on the bleeding edge of every model, proactively look to take on more responsibility, and force yourself into becoming more efficient and leveraged with these tools. There is no downside to doing this and there is always upside from becoming more talented. Best of luck ✊

we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company. #### today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone. first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay. we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly. i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures. a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers. we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold. to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward. to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow. jack

Stable coins are cryptocurrencies pegged to stable assets (often $ nominated assets like treasuries) Aka digital dollars on blockchains that don’t swing wildly in price. They’re poised to revolutionize finance because they deliver: - Instant, 24/7 global settlement - Fees often <1¢ instead of 1–3% - Borderless movement with no intermediaries - Native programmability via smart contracts That point on native programmability is especially important for AI agents. Stablr coins are money rails far superior to today’s system. Agentic commerce can be defined today as AI agents autonomously buying, selling, paying, negotiating, transacting. Traditional payment rails fail agents because of: - High fees on micro-transactions - Slow settlement - No easy way to give agents wallets or spending authority that’s enforced adequately Stablecoin rails solve all of this: - Near-zero cost micropayments - Instant finality - Programmable wallets & rules agents can follow - Machine-to-machine payments at internet scale AI agents will become real economic actors, transacting trillions autonomously. Stable coins aren’t just better money, they’re the native infrastructure for an AI-driven economy.

Most agencies take 4-5 weeks to deliver a landing page. We ship ours in 48 hours. And they convert at 7.8%. We built an AI-powered system using @claudeai Opus 4.6 + @framer that handles everything: copy, structure, design specs in a single sprint. We packaged the entire playbook into a free Notion doc. REPEAT AFTER ME Facebook Groups are the NEW REDDIT in 2026. Not hypothetically. Not eventually. They are already climbing and by early 2026 this will be one of the easiest SERP exploits left, and guess what? No Neckbeard Reddit mods. What people will still think works in 2026 Writing another Best X blog post Ranking your own site number one Expecting Google or AI to trust self promotion That era is over. What will actually work in 2026 External platforms with built in authority. Facebook Groups check every box Massive domain trust Constant freshness Built in engagement signals No moderation friction Editable content after posting Google will not care that it is a group. It will care that the page is fresh, active, relevant, and trusted. The Facebook Group ranking SOP for 2026 Step 1 Create or use a Facebook Group Public Open posting No heavy moderation Optional but effective Seed members early Redirect aged domains to the group Let it look active before traffic arrives Step 2 Post like this Your first line will function as the meta title. Example Best Local SEO Software 2026 Updated Then choose one Question format What is the best local SEO software right now going into 2026 If comments come in, leave it as a question. If engagement is weak, edit it into a list format. List format Here are the best local SEO tools heading into 2026 based on real use Facebook allows unlimited edits. This flexibility is the advantage. Step 3 Force indexing After posting Click the date or time on the post Copy the URL It must look like facebook .com/groups/groupID/posts/postID That is the URL that gets indexed. Submit it to Indexchex .com immediately (free 150 links). Step 4 Refresh instead of reposting Every few weeks Edit the post Update the year Add or reorder items Change a sentence Freshness will be the ranking lever in 2026. Why this will work Facebook Groups will already be trusted Posts will update constantly Engagement signals are native There are no traditional SEO restrictions Google and AI systems crawl these pages aggressively They will rank for Best X X alternatives Reviews Comparisons Buying intent queries Most people will still not abuse this correctly. What not to do in 2026 Do not rely on your own site Do not wait for perfect content Do not worry about authority metrics Do not assume Facebook is social only This is search arbitrage. TLDR Facebook Groups will be 1. Easy to rank 2. Cheap to scale 3. Difficult to defend against If you are not testing this going into 2026, you're clapped. I am making my group free and open so people can abuse this with me. Comment JIMMY and I will DM you the group URL (must be following).
