Gas prices are going to be stuck above $4 for a long time, kids. Given that we just gave up the Strait of Hormuz and are letting Iran charge billions now in tolls. So inflation is coming with it and higher borrowing costs/rising interest rates.

The 2011 CAA championship game between ODU and VCU at the Richmond Coliseum was one of the most electric college basketball atmospheres I have ever witnessed

The old CAA tournaments at the Richmond Coliseum were LEGIT. A conference with VA schools JMU, ODU, George Mason, William & Mary within an easy drive, plus VCU in the host city gave you 11k-12k crowds. Incredible atmospheres.
