AI UGC is f*cking cracked 🤯
This fitness transformation video got 15 million views on Instagram.
None of it is real. Every frame is AI.
Stack:
→ Nano Banana 2 for seed images
→ Kling for animation
→ CapCut to splice it together
The whole video is just static AI images animated one by one and clipped into a 20-second transformation.
No actors, no shoots, no editing team.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies running UGC-style ads on Meta and TikTok who want to test transformation creatives at scale.
I recorded a 30-minute step-by-step Loom walking through the entire process:
From generating seed images, to animating each frame, to editing the final video in CapCut.

$28k/day ads look like 10/10 models now
no studio, no crew, no real creator
and you still can’t tell it’s ai
natural lighting, skin texture, imperfect details
it feels like a real skincare routine
that’s why it works
no overacting, no forced hooks, no “ad energy”
just calm, believable usage
people don’t question it, they trust it
same script → dozens of faces, tones, environments
each one hits a slightly different audience
this is what scalable ugc looks like now

Imagine paying $1,500 for product photos in 2026...
AI can turn one product image into dozens of scroll-stopping ads.
- Generate multiple styles from one image
- Test different backgrounds and themes
- Create multiple ad variations fast
- Produce new creatives in minutes
I made a step-by-step guide showing exactly how to do it.
Comment “MakeUGC” and I’ll send it.

Claymotion ads are crushing it on Meta right now.
Built a free claude skill to make them 👇
If you've been scrolling Meta lately,
you've seen them — stop-motion clay characters,
tactile textures, weirdly satisfying to watch.
CTRs are 2-3x the feed average.
Almost nobody is running them.
The problem:
they look impossible to make unless you have a studio.
They're not. You just need the right prompts.
So I packaged the prompt system as a Claude Code skill.
It's free. Here's what it does:
Paste your product URL.
Out comes a full claymotion ad plan:
1/ Shot-by-shot storyboard
5-7 shots with the narrative arc.
Setup → product reveal → payoff → CTA.
2/ Image prompt per shot
Exact prompt you paste into Midjourney, Nano Banana, or any image gen.
Camera angle, lighting, clay texture specs, character details —
dialed in for consistency across shots.
3/ Video prompt per shot
The animation prompt you paste into Kling, Veo, Seedance, or Sora.
Motion direction, pacing, transitions —
so the shots actually flow.
4/ VO script per shot
Voiceover copy written for rhythm.
Timed to the shot length.
Hook, body, CTA — all on brand.
5/ Music + sfx direction
Tone notes for the track.
Specific sfx cues per shot (squish, pop, whoosh)
You take the outputs.
Paste them into your image + video generators.
Stitch the shots. Record the VO.
A full claymotion ad in under an hour,
at the cost of a few API credits.
Instead of $3,000 and 3 weeks with an animation studio.
Why claymotion works right now:
→ Pattern break — nothing else in the feed looks like it
→ Tactile feel — clay reads as "real" even when AI-generated
→ High dwell time — people watch the whole thing
→ Cheap to test — 5-10 variations per product is now feasible
Comment "Clay" and I'll send you:
→ The Claude Code skill (free)
→ A starter prompt pack
→ 3 example storyboards so you can see the output

$75k+/month supplement brands are running ads like this
not polished creatives or studio voiceovers
just “podcast clips” with a strong hook
“3 reasons why guys regret taking this”
feels like content, not an ad
you stop to listen, not to buy
authority setting
simple claim
curiosity-driven hook
then they slide into the product
same format reused across dozens of angles
swap topic
swap benefit
same structure prints
this is why podcast-style ads keep working
low friction, high watch time, easy to scale

Gemini-powered agents run the full pipeline:

no AI video model does cuts and transitions like seedance 2.0. this doesn't even look AI generated.
1 prompt. 2 minutes. she's not real.
most AI video comes out as one long static shot and that's immediately what flags it as fake. seedance actually does quick cuts, angle changes, and natural transitions on its own. that's what makes it feel like a real person actually edited this.
no reference images. no first frame generation. no stitching 4 tools together. just one prompt and seedance handles the motion, expressions, product interaction, cuts... all of it.
i've tested every model on the market. kling. sora. runway. veo. none of them do this from a single prompt. none of them handle edits like this.
most AI UGC creators are still running 3-4 tool pipelines to get results that look more artificial than what this spits out in one generation.
the gap between people testing this right now and people who find out about it in 3 months is going to be embarrassing.
want the exact prompt i used? like + reply "SEED" and i'll send it

$22k/day ads are quietly using creators like this
indian girl, natural accent, simple room setup
no heavy edits, no scripted “ad voice”
it feels like a real recommendation, not a campaign
that’s why it converts
accent + authenticity = instant trust
people don’t question it, they listen
same product, different voices, different backgrounds
each version hits a slightly different audience
ai just scales this
one script → 20+ variations in minutes
most brands overproduce and lose relatability
this keeps it raw, simple, believable

$85k+/month supplement ads are starting to look like this
not before/after shots
not talking heads explaining benefits
just a simple animated story you actually follow
an old man struggling
trying different pills
looking for something that works
you don’t feel like you’re watching an ad
you feel like you’re watching a story
that’s what keeps attention high
emotion first
product later
same storyline reused with different problems and angles
pain, frustration, hope, relief
one narrative → dozens of variations to test
this is why storytelling ads are scaling right now

I built a full funnel in 12 minutes.
An agentic shopping journey for each type of shopper.
Here's the breakdown:
Cold traffic → Advertorial → 3 min
Problem aware → Listicle → 3 min
Comparison shopping → Landing page → 3 min
Ready to buy → PDP → 3 min
12 minutes. 4 journeys. Every visitor matched to the right one.
Most brands spend 3 weeks building one product page and send everyone there.
