you're manually creating UGC ads while i'm cloning million- dollar winners in 10 minutes let me show you something that'll piss off every creator charging $500/video... i just made this AI UGC ad by surgically reverse engineering a winning TikTok creative not by guessing. not by "being creative." by systematically stealing what already works. here's the complete system: STEP 1: find proven winner on TikTok (high engagement = market validated) STEP 2: download and feed into custom gemini gem i spent days building STEP 3: the gem deconstructs EVERYTHING about the video and i mean everything: FULL CHARACTER BREAKDOWN: - demographics: age, gender, ethnicity, body type - appearance: hair (length, color, texture, style), clothing (casual/formal, colors, fit), accessories, grooming level - facial analysis: exact expressions mapped (worried → curious → relieved → happy), wrinkles, skin tone, emotion progression - body language: posture (hunched/confident), hand movements, positioning in frame, eye contact patterns - setting: room type (kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/office), background items, furniture, props visible, spatial layout - lighting: source (natural window/artificial lamp), temperature (warm/cool), direction, shadows cast, overall mood created CREATIVE ANATOMY: - hook (0-3 seconds): what specific visual + statement stops the scroll - problem phase: how pain is visualized, duration shown, intensity level - transition: how solution is introduced, exact timing, transition method used - product reveal: camera angle, how it's held/shown, duration visible, context presented - proof elements: testimonial style, statistics displayed, before/after comparison - CTA structure: type (soft/hard), exact placement, urgency level PSYCHOLOGICAL ARCHITECTURE: - customer awareness stage being targeted (unaware → most aware) - primary emotion exploited (fear/frustration/hope/relief) - specific objections neutralized (too expensive, doesn't work, takes too long, not for me) - persuasion mechanics deployed (authority, social proof, scarcity, reciprocity) STEP 4: gem outputs complete optimized prompt mapping every visual detail + strategic element STEP 5: paste into image gen tool with product photo STEP 6: winning video generated in 10-15 minutes the result? a video that converts because it's built on a framework that already converts i'm not creating from scratch and hoping it works i'm systematically cloning proven winners and adapting them to any product at industrial scale while you're: - brainstorming "creative concepts" - paying $500 per video - waiting 2 weeks for deliverables - testing 5 angles per month - praying something works i'm: - cloning what already works - $0 in creator costs - 15 minute turnarounds - testing 50+ angles per week - scaling proven formulas this is ONE of several workflows i use to pump creatives daily the gap between people with AI tools and people printing with AI tools? understanding what to make, not how to make it strategy isn't guessing it's systematically reverse engineering what works and reproducing it at scale want the exact gem setup? RT this, like it, and comment "GEM" i'll DM you the complete guide with gem instructions + knowledge base to reverse engineer any winning video and reproduce it with AI stop creating from scratch start cloning winners

there is literally no point in doing dropshipping either branded or on google... the traditional way of doing general (fashion) dropshipping is totally cooked coaches have flooded the market with people constantly copying eachother this worked for a long time but right now, the only way to stand out is by doing something different than your competition so you either do > google, which has a harder skill level of entering the market > branded AI, which requires more skill & creativity in general but if you're just starting out, do NOT do general dropshipping why TF would you do something literally anyone else's doing?

“baddie to baddie” hook is going super viral lately. as you can see there’s no CTA. it pushes people into the comments and converts there. try it to promote your app with $0.

Bro this guy is printing money selling a free diabetes ebook found a store called "diabetes notes" 130 ads running, been seeing them for 6 months straight, 50k visitors a month on their site. completely faceless. grabs recipes from tiktok, films his physical book, but it's actually a digital ebook. sells it for $0 upfront then stacks upsells and shipping fees behind it. now here's where it gets interesting. i think this is the same person running the photography store and the risen art store. found around 10 stores with the exact same design, same funnel structure, same offer just dropped into a different niche each time. all of them running hundreds of ads for 6+ months. if it's one guy the strategy is just: pick a niche, build an ebook, set up the funnel, repeat. that's it. or people are just copying the model and jumping into new niches. either way someone is eating. the product almost doesn't matter. digital products work in every niche right now. health, art, photography, fitness same playbook, different audience. if you're sleeping on this you already know what to do.

> be a brand in 2026 > spend $10k on a single UGC campaign > 3 creators ghost you, 2 deliver mid content > discover AI UGC tools > now you pump out 50 ads a week for the price of one creator's day rate game has changed forever, will you adapt or get left behind?

this static ad is 100% AI. made for an ED supplement brand. nano banana 2. less than 5 minutes to set up. i went to bed last night and woke up to hella variations just like this. different angles. different hooks. different search histories. all generated while i was sleeping. the incognito search history format is a psyop... mfs stop scrolling because it feels like someone exposed their phone. that's the ad doing its job. we're at the point where these tools can create literally anything. any format. any style. any niche. the AI isn't the bottleneck anymore. the bottleneck is your swipe file. the best ad creators in 2026 aren't the best prompters... they're the ones with the best reference library. you need to be studying what's already working and feeding that into AI. brands run statics like this on meta every single day. most of them are still paying designers to make them one at a time lol want the workflow? like + reply "STATIC" and i'll drop the guide

this video is 100% AI generated fully AI generated using our new system I seriously don't get the point of using real creators anymore especially when you can just use AI videos like this and spam them across hundreds of pages when the quality is there, AI UGC beats real creators and its 100% more efficient we have perfected AI realism across all aspects: > audio > video > cadence every video we generate makes the system even better you can create AI UGC videos for literally anything. software, ecom, consumer apps, info products, whatever industry you're in... we are so early... it's insane

(right tools × right workflow × understanding what converts)= brands paying you to make ads from your laptop everyone has access to the AI tools. most people make cool demos for likes. the ones getting paid learned what brands actually need... and it's not "cool AI videos." it's ads that convert traffic into customers. learn the craft not just the tools. that's the difference.

$101k in sales came from an ad that looks like a cartoon villain… not a health supplement no doctors in white coats no boring explainer animations no stock footage of someone holding their back in pain just a creepy green “toxin monster” character inside a lab sharp teeth glowing liquid evil grin in the first two seconds your brain understands the story this is the thing inside your body causing the problem no complicated explanation needed people stop because the visual is weird and memorable they keep watching because the character tells a simple story bad bacteria toxin buildup kidneys struggling to flush then the product shows up as the “clean up crew” simple narrative one villain one solution this is why animated AI characters are starting to outperform generic health ads the brain processes a story faster than a lecture and cartoons make complicated health problems instantly understandable rt + comment “animated” and i’ll show you how to create it (follow for dm)

30 minute animation work for service-based business: - figure out the how client ICP might look like - figure out the client offer, pains and desires - ask claude to come up sequence of story - ask claude to come up with detailed nano banana image prompts - generate all of the images (for this video it was 9 images) - use kling 3.0 to connect image 1 with img 2 as start and end frame (then img 2 as start frame img3 as end frame and so on - ask claude to come up with voice specifically for that character (generate in elevenlabs) - ask claude to come up with voicover script - ask claude to come up with personalized background song prompt (generate in kie api) - go to capcut, stich everyhting together, cut the fat, denoise loudness, adjust volume (for voice use voice changer "full voice") - take the output, put it in captions ai, put some classic captions - export now you have an ad that's worth testing

@EXM7777 love the article image and content! retards want the output without the understanding. then they wonder why their AI content looks identical to 10,000 other accounts running the same rented prompts. you are the ceiling. not the tool.

made this for a scalp scrub brand. 100% AI. less than 20 minutes. nano 2 + kling 3.0 + claude + elevenlabs suno + topaz this would've cost a brand thousands and taken weeks a few years ago. i made it before lunch on my phone. brands need ad creative constantly. most of them don't know AI can produce at this level yet. the ones finding out are paying for it. learn the tools. understand what converts. be the whole studio.

@knoxtwts “something feels off but i can’t explain what” is literally the viewer’s brain flagging it as an ad before the conscious mind catches up. the script is always the tell. always.

the tell in ai content is never what you think it is everybody's obsessing over generation quality. better lipsync. more realistic skin texture. higher resolution. and the videos still feel off. because the problem was never the video. it's the script. ai writes scripts that sound like marketing copy. "discover the power of..." "transform your morning routine with..." nobody on earth talks like that while holding a product in their bathroom. your viewer's brain flags it as an ad before the first sentence ends. doesn't matter if the face looks photorealistic. real ugc works because someone says "ok so my sister gave me this like 3 weeks ago and i was skeptical but my skin genuinely hasn't looked like this since college." it's specific. it's meandering. it has the pauses and the weird qualifications that real speech has. ai doesn't write like that unless you force it to. and nobody's forcing it to because they're too busy comparing which model renders better skin pores. spent way too long figuring this out with client work. we'd deliver these gorgeous ai videos. great face. great voice clone. smooth lipsync. and the client would come back with "something feels off but i can't explain what." every single time it was the script. the character was saying things no human would say in that tone of voice. the fix is annoyingly simple. write the script yourself. like actually speak it out loud and transcribe it. or pull real testimonials from amazon reviews and reddit threads and have the ai character READ THOSE instead of generating fresh copy. real words from real people animated by ai characters. your generation model is probably fine. your script is the problem. it has been the whole time.

the AI ad space is about to split into two types of people the ones who learned how to make every format and charge brands for it and the ones who watched tutorials for 6 months and never made a single ad the tools are free or damn near close to it. there's no barrier left except you actually doing the work. the gap isn't knowledge anymore. it's execution. go make something ugly today and make it better tomorrow. that's the whole game.
MAX@maxxmalist

> Claude for prompts and scripts > nano banana 2 for first frame > VEO 3.1 or Kling to animate that’s all you need to create an insane workflow for producing these types of ads, or just use my system and do it all with a single prompt
