This will not kill body shops. This will not end exploitation. The law already requires that an H-1B employee be paid the HIGHER of the prevailing wage and the wage earned by employees in the same role. Why would it remove fraud incentives? Changing the rule that is being ignored doesn't end the fraud. It forces companies to move more jobs overseas, not to "invest" in American workers. Its purpose is to discourage use of the H-1B. That's it. Who are you?

The DOL's H-1B wage hike is actually good policy. It kills body shops. It ends worker exploitation. It closes the wage gap. It removes fraud incentives. It forces companies to invest in American workers.

@WeGotsTheMeats @bryancsk As a lifelong Android user (post-BlackBerry), I love what Samsung has to offer. For almost everyone else, I advise them to get an iPhone. Why? It is more user friendly, easy to setup and a single account (iCloud vs Samsung + Google). But I just like my customizations better

I have an iPhone (work) and an Android (personal), and Android is clearly superior, at least the Samsung variants. The only thing Apple does better is marketing, in which they do exceptionally well. They give subpar tech a smugly superior sounding name and the lemmings run of the cliff for it.

I have never regretted a purchase as much as switching from an Android to an iPhone.
