Whoever thought of this new green app is a certified idiot. You couldn't just update the existing MPESA app we were all comfortable with. Each transaction needs me to login again from the beginning. Mahn what a way to chase the remaining customers you had

I think I have used most banks, and I can confidently say. NCBA is currently the best bank. This is for just normal services, not premium services, etc. Stanbic and I&M are up there, too. Every other one I have had an onboarding issue or some kind of issue.
