A recent conversation with an event organizer really stood out for me. They had just onboarded with us and were running their own ads in parallel, while the @allevents_in team was also handling paid promotions for the same event. A week or two before the event date, the organizer called and said something interesting: “Can you double the ad budget you’re running? The ads your team is running are clearly performing better — we keep seeing them more often, they’re reaching the right people, and the buzz is building. It feels smarter to put more money there than continue experimenting internally.” This is a very common situation. Most event organizers are small teams wearing multiple hats: planning the event, handling logistics, managing artists, venues, partners — and then trying to figure out performance marketing on top of everything else. Running ads isn’t just about spending money. It’s about targeting, frequency, timing, audience intent, and constant optimization — especially when the event date is approaching fast. At @allevents_in, marketing isn’t a side task for us. It’s what we’ve been doing day in and day out for 14+ years, across cities, categories, and audiences. That’s why many organizers eventually treat our team as an extended marketing team — instead of trying to build that capability internally for a short window of time. Sometimes, the best ROI doesn’t come from adding more people or experimenting in-house. It comes from letting specialists do what they’re best at, while you focus on creating a great event experience. That partnership mindset often makes all the difference. #EventMarketing

Most people only hear about the top 5% of events in their city — the big concerts, festivals, and headline shows. But the real magic often lives in the other 95%. The small workshops where someone discovers a new passion. The open mics where a shy speaker finds their voice. The community meetups where strangers become friends. The local art nights that inspire someone for weeks. These are the moments that make a city feel alive — and yet most of them go completely unnoticed. Not because they’re small. But because discovery is hard. That’s exactly why we built @allevents_in — so people can easily find all things happening around them, not just the ones that trend. #StayHappening

These pictures are going viral and they’re from Kinnaur’s Raulané Festival. 🥶 A rare tradition where two villagers become Raula & Raulané, a symbolic divine couple who lead prayers for protection from the harsh Himalayan winter. They honour the Sauni fairies, believed to watch over the valley, and make a silent walk to the Nagin Narayan Temple - the most sacred moment of the festival. If this kind of forgotten culture interests you, there’s a whole world waiting. Discover on AllEvents #HimachalPradesh #AllEvents #StayHappening

“Please give me the tix to happiness.” Sometimes users describe our mission better than we ever can. People aren’t looking for an app. They’re looking for moments… for experiences… for a reason to step out… for something that makes their day feel lighter, richer, and happier. If @allevents_in can help even one person find something that brings them joy, excitement, or connection — that’s worth more than any metric we track. At the end of the day, events are just a medium. What people actually seek is happiness — and discovering all things happening around them is one of the easiest ways to find it. Grateful for feedback like this. It keeps us grounded and inspired. #StayHappening

Today at Product Unconference, one of the presenters showed a slide of the world’s 20 most visited websites and shared a concern about why no Indian company appears in that list. I felt the comparison didn’t tell the full story of India’s global product impact. India is already building products that are used globally. We just don’t talk about them enough. @allevents_in is one example. Built in India, used across the US, Canada, UK, Europe and hundreds of cities worldwide, often outcompeting global platforms. Maybe it’s time we change the mindset. India isn’t just building for India anymore. We’re building for the world and the world is already using what we’re creating. Time to recognize and celebrate them at home too. #StayHappening

Always a pleasure to be part of an eChai panel. I’m speaking at today’s Product Growth Playbook in Bengaluru - partly to give back to the community that has shaped so much of my own journey. Sharing our story, the lessons, the mistakes, is my way of helping fellow founders and early-stage teams find their way a little faster. But every time I speak at an eChai event, I walk away with even more. The questions from the audience force me to rethink what we’re doing at AllEvents, sharpen my own clarity, and often unlock new perspectives I hadn’t considered. And honestly, these events have also helped me meet incredible talent from unexpected places — people who resonate with our mission and want to build something meaningful with us. Grateful to the entire eChai community for creating these spaces. Looking forward to another energising conversation this evening. 🙌

This trend of engaging founder friends when they travel to a particular city with a local eChai chapter continues. This time, @go2amitech, Co-Founder of Allevents, is joining the Product Growth panel this evening in Bengaluru.

Came across this wonderful review today from someone who uses AllEvents regularly: “I love this app… it tells you what events are going on everywhere. Very nice, thank you to whoever came up with it. Life saver you are.” These are the moments that remind me why we started @allevents_in in the first place. Not to build another app. Not to add more notifications to people’s lives. But to help people discover everything happening around them - the concerts, workshops, meetups, festivals, small gatherings… all the moments that make life richer and more connected. When someone says AllEvents helped them find something they would’ve otherwise missed, that’s impact. And it motivates us to keep building, improving, and surfacing all things happening across every city in the world. Grateful for every user who takes a moment to share feedback like this. 🙌 #StayHappening

I recently spoke with an event organizer who was investing over $1,000 every month on Meta ads to promote their events in Switzerland. The intention was right — bring more people to discover the event. But because the campaign settings weren’t fully optimized, most of the engagement ended up coming from Indonesia instead of Switzerland. This isn’t a mistake — it’s simply the reality of how hard it is for small teams to manage everything. Most event organizers handle countless responsibilities themselves: planning the event, operations, logistics, partners, artists — and hundreds of moving parts. Marketing often becomes “one more thing” to figure out, and it’s completely understandable. That’s where we at @allevents_in try to help — by connecting events with the right audience, in the right city, at the right moment. So organizers can focus on what they’re truly great at: creating meaningful experiences for their audiences. We’re here to support that journey. #EventMarketing #EventOrganizers #AllEvents #StayHappening

One of the most fulfilling parts of building @allevents_in is seeing cities come alive through their local creators. Abhivyakti – City Arts Project is a perfect example — theatre, dance, visual arts, and performances that celebrate #Ahmedabad’s creative heartbeat. Events like these remind us why discovery matters — people can only experience what they know exists. That’s the gap AllEvents continues to bridge every single day. 🌍 allevents.in/ahmedabad/4300…

What exactly is Ahmedabad doing beyond road widening & flyovers in the name of decongestion? Air quality is worsening, yet we keep prioritizing cars over people. No LEZs, broken footpaths, weak public transport integration. Flyovers rise. So does pollution. #AirPollution

After growing into a global platform with 20M+ users, @allevents_in faced a new challenge: optimizing user experience at scale. Traditional analytics showed what users were doing, but not why they were struggling. 💡 That’s when the team turned to Microsoft Clarity. With session replays, heatmaps, and behavioral insights, they uncovered key friction points and turned them into real product improvements. 🚀 As @ParasMakhija8, Growth Strategist at AllEvents, explains: 💬 “Watching real users interact with our platform — in all their scrolls, pauses, rage taps, and exits — helped us identify friction points that numbers alone couldn’t surface.” After implementing Clarity, Paras and the AllEvents team were able to make several high-impact changes across through digital experience that resulted in the following: ✨ Over 10,000 event banner downloads in the first month after launch ✨ 10% boost in RSVPs from event pages ✨ New monetization opportunities Wondering how they achieved this success?
