Watford FC have this morning parted company with Head Coach Ed Still. First Team Coach Karim Belhocine has also left the club. We wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

May not be a bad combination - sixty year old HC who has virtually managed everyone in Serie A and a well thought of young coach currently at Sunderland. They’ve worked together many times. How it fits with a view of wanting championship experience is, of course, a nonsense, as neither have any!

Understand former Sunderland assistant and long term assistant of Stefano Pioli, Luciano Vulcano, was at the training ground last week to speak to Gino Pozzo about joining the club. Watford have also held brief talks with Stefano Pioli as well

As I mentioned in the last few days. This has been well know to the players, Ed himself. There’s a divide between Behrami, Duxbury & Nani vs Pozzo & Bayat. 98% of the club know and want a long term strategy. Most of the squad have also let it known to the board they’re not happy
