everyone trying to solve this i'd highly recommend telling your agent to log all the attempts/gotchas/misdirections it finds and try to self-heal . i think i've gotten quite far

anyone else experiencing message drifts/ignoring in codex? like i’ll send a message changing direction and working on something else and it’ll fully ignore it and basically reprocess the previous message, and then the message after that actually processes it
