@stanbicug My business account was mistakenly enrolled for online banking, I have been to 3 different branches with a written letter to have this removed with no help so far, I have abandoned the account for now until am helped, I actually need to use that account.

@StanChartUGA Am getting abit impatient, I logged a complaint about an RTGs that was made on the 17th of this month under Ref: 20230725175225, on the 21st I sent all the docs that I was requested to send, but up to now I've not got any feedback that can help me, please advise.
