We are proud to announce that our team has been awarded the Silver Trophy at the prestigious 22nd CII National 3M Competition, held on April 14–15, 2026, in Pune. Focusing on Muda (Waste) under the 3M framework, our project “Cell Crack Reduction” - addressed one of the most critical causes of module downgrades. Through a structured Kaizen approach and data-driven decision-making, we delivered measurable impact. We reduced cell crack defects from 1.2% to 0.4%, resulting in an impressive 80% drop in crack-related downgrades. The outcome: significant cost savings, enhanced product quality, and improved process stability further strengthening our commitment to operational excellence. A single-day production record | Produced 5,671 modules from 1 GW production line. Under 24 hours. On a regular working day at Goldi Solar's manufacturing facility, something extraordinary happened. Our dedicated team of skilled professionals - including engineers, line workers, and quality control teams - came together and crossed a threshold that no integrated solar PV manufacturer in India had previously achieved. 5,671 modules were produced from the 1 GW production line. Under 24 hours. i.e., 5,671 modules ~ 3.4 MW of clean solar energy enough to power 500 Indian homes, generate 15,000 electricity units, and offset 13 tonnes of carbon from planting 550 trees in a day.
