Some of our progressive council members and progressive port commissioners are joining forces to exclude housing from an area ripe for development. This area hasn't been actually industrial since the 70s.

I just watched Climate Town's new video on parking minimum laws and was wondering why I haven't really seen much discussion on D3 candidate Agarwal's proposal to mandate 1 parking spot per bedroom in Seattle. Currently Seattle has 0 parking minimums for Capitol Hill.
