There’s something really satisfying about watching a TM Tour Response ball roll. I’ve never used them on a course but now I see TP5 comes in a whitened out version I think that’s the next ball I’m playing. Anyone using them??

This post sure triggered the keyboard crew. Here’s the context… I’ve been a fitter for almost 15 years. Gathered data and seen way more balls hit on a Trackman and golf course than probably 99% of people on this silly app. My goal is to help golfers get better. The top comment seemed to be (other than “you’re dumb, an idiot, or any other expletive”) was that the pros do it. If you aren’t a pro, and I guarantee nobody in this thread holds a Tour card, then your low point control isn’t even a fraction as good as theirs is. Which means you are more likely to hit the ball higher on the face by teeing it up, leading to less spin and worse distance control. Your opinion is your opinion, and you’re entitled to it. But facts and data are just that.
