@Delta very disappointed in my flight experience yesterday returning from Seattle. Look forward to a Delta rep reaching out to me to find out what and see how they plan to remedy it.

@HiltonHotels stayed at your hotel in Stamford earlier this week & was truly disappointed. Shower had mildew, phone missing a faceplate & didn’t work, garbage on floor, liquid soap missing, refrigerator just sitting on floor in room, bed sloped, lamp shades dirty & stained.

@justsalad lots of tables inside but very few outside at your Melville,NY location and it’s freezing inside. So cold that I have to sit in my car to eat my lunch.

@DelrayMedCenter your facility is a complete disaster. I’ve been on hold now for over 35 minutes (and this is my 4th call this morning ) trying to speak with someone in the ER about my father. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. @daniellisti what the hell is going on?

This business often comes full circle. In 1997 I had the pleasure of opening a CellularOne store in one of my favorite towns in the Texas Panhandle - Dumas, Texas. And as of this weekend, Dumas is home of the latest @TMobile retail store!

@Delta your baggage handlers broke my checked carry on and the toilet on our flight was not in service. Great start to our vacation. How do I submit a claim for the luggage and what will you do for me to make up for this not so wonderful experience?

@nationalcares If the items were not there an hour later, they are gone. Your ask to have me fill out forms and make further calls is insulting and a waste of time. This is a horrible customer service experience.

@nationalcares impossible to get a live person to work with. I just left some items in a rental car I dropped off in ft Lauderdale and trying to speak to someone at the local drop off area to arrange for the return.

@Westin your property in Ft Lauderdale in Corporate Drive is an embarrassment. Rooms have dated, worn furniture, the lounges at the pool are torn, you ran out of beach towels and there aren’t enough lounge cushions for every chair. Very disappointed.
