@TourSwingsTommy shorter levers sure but choking up affects the players mental outlook too, they’re not trying to completely smash it so the swing is typically freer with less tension

Working on a post for next week's Scoring Letter. It will be about the science behind choking up on the golf club — and why it sometimes leads to better strikes and minimal lost yardage. Curious if anyone has had a similar experience with choking down on some of their clubs?
