@OfficialSLEX do something about Bicutan exit NB, all vehicles that are not exiting Bicutan are affected by traffic, put up a barricade on the outer lane & let vehicles exiting queue up, they're hugging two lanes and blocking vehicles going further north

@jll525 @gerarddelapena They can't do anything about it, they don't have authority outside of SLEX where all the water is coming from, drainage are blocked by SM's construction and LGU which I think Parañaque gave the permit allowed it to be blocked.

LOOK: Standstill traffic at the SLEX southbound lane, view from Sales Bridge, due to flooding at the Bicutan toll plaza. The Toll Regulatory Board said this is due to the drainage improvement works of a nearby mall. Motorists are advised to take alternative routes.

@nababaha @SouthSnippets It's SM and LGUS fault. Sabi ng TRB and SLEX, SM is improving their drainage and they have blocked the system. Ewan ko bakit naman pinayagan ng paranaque govt, past few years nawala na baha diyan not totslly but as soon as rain stopped it will immediately recede.
