@timsoret Yeah that’s fair! dot + cross would definitely be the cleaner way to handle it. I’m just normalizing yaw delta to [-180,180] for a signed value, so the difference in performance is negligible Huge fans of The Last Night btw! ❤️

@good1studios The feel looks great. I highly recommend using dot product (between two vectors) for comparison like these. It gracefully bypasses all these special cases, and cleanly returns a value between -1 (= opposite) to 1 (= aligned).

@GiusCaminiti It’s technically less expensive to subtract two raw rotation yaws as floats vs doing a cross product calculation but the difference in performance is negligible regardless. That approach would work aswell!
