We've continuously refined our gift tool with clients (starting with Google) for the past five years now and while it's been steadily improving, I was blown away at the engagement last year: 79% actually made a selection (at scale), not just click through from email campaigns

Today a new product comes out of beta - tested and used at scale by Google for customer gifting and Envato for employee giving - that’s gone on to achieve an 80% engagement rate, with the remainder distributed to aligned charities. Yes you read that right, zero wastage 1/
