For Yemeni girls, there are many barriers to education. However, @UNHCRYemen was able to build new classrooms and increase academic opportunities for displaced children. Now the number of students has doubled, with half of the students being girls like Reem. 😁📚💙

Did you know? As of mid-2023, a staggering 110 million people worldwide have been forcibly displaced due to persecution, conflict, violence, and human rights violations. Among them, 36.4 million are refugees, seeking safety and refuge beyond their borders.
