@Adeyemi_AFC Yes our summer signings were very good overall. Even Madueke, who many bemoan, has been solid if inconsistent. Our floor is so much higher these days.
Saka has been out for a total of four months.
Gabriel and Saliba has been injured for couple of weeks.
Timber is currently sidelined for over two months.
Havertz has been injured four times
Merino has been out for over four months and probably out of season
Eze has missed over two months
White was injured at the start of the season and now out of season
Madueke was out for 2 months
Odegaard hasn’t been fully fit for most of the season
Calafiori is made of glass.
No signings in January, yet we made it to the UCL final unbeaten and about to win the PL
We don’t Respect him Enough
@AURAGOALX Love Micah but his Man City bias is coming out here. What about the transparency and integrity of the 115 charges eh? 3 years on and nothing has happened while other (smaller) clubs have faced fines and points deductions for far lesser infractions.
🚨🗣️ Micah Richards DROPS BOMBSHELL over the VAR controversy involving Arsenal FC
🗣️ Richards: “If this whole VAR situation is properly investigated, then serious questions will need to be asked.”
“You cannot have this level of controversy around key title-deciding moments without scrutiny.”
“And if any wrongdoing or major officiating failures are uncovered, people will start talking about consequences… even potential points deductions.”
😳 “That changes everything.”
“Because now we are no longer talking about one bad decision.”
“We are talking about the integrity of the Premier League title race.”
“I’m not accusing Arsenal of anything directly.”
“But football fans deserve transparency, especially when margins are this small at the top.”
“If the league wants trust from supporters, they must address every controversy properly.” 🔥⚖️
@OshobukolaExcel@Arsenal You can never write off someone of his quality. He has lost physicality and his confidence has suffered, but there is a reason he is our captain even though fans seem to think he doesn't deserve it. Having him and Eze as options is heaven tbh.
Last thing I’ll say on the celebration police because you’re not spoiling my day…
If you think the scenes seem ‘over the top’ it’s because you’re watching a fanbase that is legitimately connected with its club, players & manager.
And that is gold dust 🙌🏼
@AnfieldRd96 It's not a fluke when teams cannot defend. Barca are poor defensively. They score a lot but will also concede. Any team has a good chance against them over 2 legs.
@1_2spaces We're up against actual cheaters, while also suffering the 2nd worst injury list in the league. It's actually a minor miracle we're so close to winning the league and a CL final.
Had Arteta setup the team slightly better against any one or two of Liverpool, Brentford, Wolves, Bournemouth, Forest, United, the title would've been wrapped today latest. It's embarrassing that it's still undecided.
You might like Pep but Man City defense is too open.
If Ndiaye was clinical in the game, thet should 5-1 down even in the first half.
They will struggle against Brentford again. Quote this
Equaliser doesn’t really matter does it? They’d still need Arsenal to lose to one of West Ham, Burnley or Palace (who’ll probably have a Conference League final)
@StokeyyG2 If Arsenal beat Westham, I think they win it….. Burnley at home, Palace 3 days before a potential Conference league final and they’ll probably rotate
City got teams that are fighting for european places. i think its difficult for city themselves to go on 4/4 run
@sethsfilmreview City have won it so much over the last decade that I’m numb to it and expect it every season
Arsenal on the other hand play the worst football imaginable and have the worst fans in the league
I do think some non-rival fans care way too much about Arsenal winning the league.
Would it be funny if Arsenal bottled it again? Absolutely. But seeing United fans actively rooting for City is genuinely baffling.
@ZaidBalll City have the harder games on paper, and with the FA Cup final, they will be playing 5 games in 2 weeks, starting this weekend. They really needed to win the Everton match.
@fukxumean We may drop points but from today's showing, you will too. You now have to play 5 games in 2 weeks. After our CL match, we will be playing once a week.
