🚨 Rangers fans can be quite difficult to place on a political spectrum. But only because they’re often wearing a poppy, doing a Hitler salute and waving an Israeli flag, all at the same time.

This may sound controversial to some, but I believe the video game industry is overdue for real change. Too many companies have become driven purely by greed, and that starts at the top. We need new leadership standards possibly even a law requiring that the people who run game companies must be gamers first, and business executives second. The logic is simple: when the person in charge genuinely understands and prioritizes the player experience, the company’s decisions will put the consumer first instead of maximizing profit at all costs. If you are not a Gamer first when running a gaming company you have no place in the industry.
