Took me a week to optimise, but that was worth the effort. I'm surprised the texture memory is almost as large after converting all PNGs to KTX with ETC1S and UASTC compression. Maybe I missed something. One last big bug and it's ready for the beta phase.

@bruno_simon I think inspecting the actual GPU memory allocation depends on the API, eg apparently Vulkan is accurate but OpenGL is not. I generally check per model using gltf.report from @donrmccurdy as the texture panel gives an awesome breakdown, including a memory estimate
