Dominguez sitting on the bench renders him an ineffective outfielder. Jones sitting on the bench doesn’t help him, and he didn’t finish the season strong. It’s the right call. Both will be used at some point because outfielders get hurt.

@BabbleBronx Give jasson time to develop, he’s a horrible defender. Not brining Trent back would’ve moved Cody to CF. Yanks would have to bad fielders in two positions. It’s really not that hard to understand. If grish regresses guess what it’s a one year deal. Bring up Jason or Spence.

@incarceratedbob You’re looking too far into this. Dominguez needs everyday abs, working on his defense. Work on the right side from the plate. There’s no need for a 5th starter because of off days. Gil is working on his arm angles. Austin wells is a top 10-12 catcher. He’s a top 7 defender.

@GreenfieldMax18 People fail to realize a lot of the players that signed this year, signed 3 year deals with opt outs. Trent could’ve gotten more, there’s a lock out looming no one knows what’s about to happen. Mostly likely Trent would’ve gotten a 3 year deal north of 22 MIL. With opt outs.

Kyle Tucker got 60 million dollars a year and Grisham, coming off a 3 win season a 129 wRC+ got roughly a third of that. Do you honestly think he wouldn't have gotten more on the open market?
