@OctopusEnergy Hi just got my 29/11 saving session results and it's not correct. I can see from my HA that I have exported around 4 kWh and your system shows only 0.01. Can you please update and correct this?

@OctopusEnergy I recently got solar panels installed and got all required documentation to apply for SEG. I am currently on IO. can you advise me on suitable tariff and how to apply for SEG?

@OctopusEnergy I have joined Octopus energy on 8th October. I have observed that my smart meter is not sending readings for gas and electricity. Why is this not configured yet? Also I have applied for a tariff change to IO which is still not complete can you provide an update?
