@gozocabs you have horrible service and policy. Booking Id : OW50-5195387 & OW50-5198006 Cab met with accident and no support. Had to arrange cab back on my own. Booked for next and you allotted same car same driver, hence I cancelled. Need refund of advance. #jagoGrahakJago

Worst experience with @gozocabs today. They haven’t been able to assign a cab and I was nudged to cancel and look for other options. When I cancelled, they give some spiel about their internal process. No clarity on what’s happening with the pick up. I paid the full money in advance too. No sense of responsibility at all. Ppl should avoid this company!

@Gozocab @gozocabs @jagograhakjago gozo cab is a fraud company. I made a booking cancelled it and they transferred fund to their wallet now not even refunding. When try to book new booking rate are too high as compare to other companies. Bullshit
