@sublime5o Help Scout is available but you need to be logged into the site to access it. If you are logged in and still can't see it then try a different browser. The widget can sometimes be hidden if you're running no-script / ad-block extensions.

@LuisFurlan3 Hi! You'll need to cancel the existing subscription and then sign back up. Unfortunately, there's no way of starting a new sub whilst the other is still active. If you need a hand with cancelling, drop our support a line (widget in r/h corner on site) and they can help. Cheers!

@JohnFMelone license expired, renewal price has shot up, demand for them is actually low, they're less popular than you might think, so going to wait and see what Black Friday has to offer

@wallydomingo @GravityView The plugin is at 2.14.4 so make sure you have the latest version. We've tested and it's working fine. Sounds like you maybe have a plugin conflict. Try deactivating other plugins and see if the problem goes away. If you need help, please contact our support via the site. Cheers.

@gplvault Finding it impossible to log into your site right now. Takes forever to load after clicking login and then it never logs in.

@timfosse 100%. The actual problem turned out to be at Cloudflare, not with the plugin. But we took the opportunity to review the code, and have improved both performance & stability. You won't have the same problem again, and we're sorry that you had a problem in the first place.

@gplvault Does this mean we can safely keep the Updater plugin activated at all times without risking the site/admin going down?

@MadMazC We've been mitigating a ddos attack since the start of the Ukraine conflict, but today has been bad. We've been advised to turn off the API, so if you're running our plugin we would suggest deactivating it for now until we get things straightened out. Cheers
