I’d just say they’ve been with each other longer than most of us on this app have even known them, so it’s fair to assume they understand each other beyond the social media facade.
There are partners who would never think of bringing strippers to their bride’s shower, simply because they already know their partner would find it completely distasteful. It wouldn’t even cross their mind.
And then there are partners who know their significant other wouldn’t mind it at all. In fact, they might laugh about how wild it was and joke about it afterwards. They understand that the initial “stop it!” Is really just playful resistance.
If your partner brings something like that after over two years of dating, it likely means they have a pretty good sense of who you are and what you’re comfortable with.
So the hot takes placing all the blame on him while completely absolving her don’t really hold up. At the end of the day, he probably knows her and what she would enjoy better than any of us watching from the outside.
