Amazed by her ability to think for herself! By God’s grace the scales fall from her eyes, and hearing her processing has me emotional. Thank you for sharing your story, Shari.

Seeing the way Christians on this site treat their spiritual fathers in their later years is nuts. How about: Treat older men as fathers, older women as mothers. Honor your father and mother. Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the old, and fear your God.

This woman just made ultramarathon history in 56-hour, 250-mile run in Arizona. Rachel Entrekin won the Cocodona 250 outright in a 56-hour, 250+mile effort, beating the entire men’s field, setting a new course record, and marking a landmark moment in ultrarunning history.

Do the next right thing. So much is out of your control. Follow Jesus step-by-step. You may or may not change the outcome. But there’s joy and freedom in obedience.
