We built a tiny 1BR ADU under 400 sq ft, and there wasn’t enough room to fit a closet in the bedroom. Aesthetically I think it came out well, and it’s attracted a ton of showings. In truth, the Trump admin has not demonstrated any seriousness about addressing the illegal migrant problem since his focus is deportation theater rather than a serious full spectrum crackdown on companies and their execs that hire illegal labor at scale.

Los Angeles: don’t take Trump’s bait. Trump wants chaos and he’s instigated violence. Those who assault law enforcement or cause property damage will risk arrest. Stay peaceful. Stay focused. Don’t give him the excuse he’s looking for.

There is no emergency, widespread threat, or out of control violence in Los Angeles. And absolutely no danger that justifies deployment of the National Guard, military, or other federal force to the streets of this or any other Southern California City.
