When Chaos broke lose Friday night this is where my son @zay_social was. GHSA is now wanting to include him and the rest of the defensive starters in their suspension. This mama bear is furious because you are saying to him and others that even when you do the right thing you are going to be punished. The rule states leaving the bench, the defense didn’t leave the bench when they were already out there playing. We all know yall don’t like Gainesville and don’t care for our coach but put that to the side and see what’s really real. Our boys showed a lot of restraint and even the ones they did leave the bench, a lot of them didn’t leave to throw hands but to help grab their brother’s! Two of our boys could have been seriously hurt and this would have been a different conversation. @OfficialGHSA yall have to be better than this.

Nearly 13,000 air traffic controllers have been working without pay for weeks, ensuring the safety of more than 50,000 daily operations across the national airspace system (NAS). As we head into this weekend, a surge in callouts is straining staffing levels at multiple facilities, leading to widespread impacts across the NAS. Currently, half of our Core 30 facilities are experiencing staffing shortages, and nearly 80 percent of air traffic controllers are absent at New York–area facilities. After 31 days without pay, air traffic controllers are under immense stress and fatigue. The shutdown must end so that these controllers receive the pay they’ve earned and travelers can avoid further disruptions and delays. As we continue to reiterate, we will never compromise on safety. When staffing shortages occur, the FAA will reduce the flow of air traffic to maintain safety. This may result in delays or cancellations.
