One year down, rest of my life to go! The @HSEQuitTeam service is fantastic!!! It’s the only support I used, no vaping/patches/gum… just their service. I cannot recommend it enough because if I can quit then anyone can!!!!

@NiallHarbison A Hill session once a week. They don’t take long and you’ll get your time down for sure! Something like , 200meteres, 100meters x 3-4 sets with a minute or 2 break in between sets

Question... I’m training for a 5km 🏃‍♂️ in 20 mins. Would it be better to.. 1. Run as far as possible in 20 mins and build up that distance 2. Run 5km and get the time down to 20 mins.
