@ECIScot It shouldn’t be upto NHS24 or a HCP to dictate or request a certain level of response imo. All calls should be triaged in line with sas clinical response model

Is NHS 24 fit for purpose? Why are chest pains from nhs yellow instead of amber? Why does it feel like the mention of the word infection gets translated into sepsis triggers a red response? Would this be solved if callers were asked to hang up and dial 999?Not disgruntled🚑
