@graham_boyce @EE Hi Graham, We just googled a help line for EE and provided us a number 0844 number to call which we did. Seemed like normal process for help line no charges being mentioned. called to sort £25.00 dispute which got sorted now got charged £33.59 for actual call? How bad!

@EE call customer service to sort bill enquiry for £25.00 we actually get it sorted and remove the £25 from the bill but then charge £31.15 for the call and £2.14 service charge for a number your provide on google!!?? You charge own customers worst phone company!

@Satwinder_Samra @SSoA_news Focus on doing good quality work and people will be prepared to pay for your practice, and association with the work you produce. Don’t fall into the trap of ‘doing less for less’. Clients will return if you are good but will probably go elsewhere if all you are is cheap.
