🚨 WARNING: BLOOD BOILING. This HAS to be a crime right? If you pull your fist back and extend it to just an inch away from someone’s face, that’s still an assault. Why don’t the cops/DA charge these guys? They post it all to IG.

On a scale of 1-10 how interested are you re watching the World Cup this summer? It’s a 5 for me. The thing is, unlike from 1970 to 1982 there’s no surprises anymore - we know all of the best South American players. Globalisation of football hasn’t worked well for spectators.

@TouchlineX Who cares about assists anyway? The ball could hit someone in the face roll across the floor and someone kicks it in and apparently that’s an assist. Or the goalie passes it to the right back who runs all the way up the pitch and scores, and that’s an assist. Just utter nonsense.

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: A video currently going viral on social media appears to show that Patrick Dorgu’s goal may actually go down as an own goal. The footage suggests the ball hit the crossbar before going in off Bart Verbruggen’s hand. If confirmed, this could mean that Bruno Fernandes has NOT broken the assist record.

This is one of the hardest days of my football career. I’m devastated for our fans, for everyone at the club and for what this means after 7 years in the club and in the Premier League. You deserved better from us. Thank you for standing with us even in the toughest moments. I truly believe the West Ham family will stay united and loyal through this difficult time, just as you always have. Now it’s on us to respond the right way, work harder than ever and fight to bring West Ham back where it belongs.

@talkSPORT If England played like Bayern Munich, he’d probably score lots. But unfortunately we don’t. We play like Burnley so he’ll probably score 2 in the 3 games, one from a penalty when he dived, just before we get knocked out.

On a footballing level yes McBurnie should be going to the World Cup. He has been left out for other reasons. Time will tell if it was a mistake or not.

A female landscaper in Sydney, Australia, has ignited public debate after arguing she should be permitted to work shirtless on extremely hot days, just like her male colleagues. Shianne Fox, known online as “The Bikini Tradie,” raised the issue while working in temperatures reaching 40°C. She pointed out that removing shirts helps with cooling and safety in intense heat, questioning why men are allowed to do so while women face criticism for the same. With over four years of experience in the trades, Fox shared her perspective online, emphasizing that her argument is about workplace equality and fairness rather than seeking attention. Her comments quickly went viral, sparking divided opinions. Supporters argue that dress codes should be gender-neutral and practical for outdoor work in extreme weather. Critics, however, maintain that social norms and professional standards make shirtless work inappropriate for women.

@WestHamViews_ @HammersDotNews Nice to know your manager supports your club through thick and thin. 🙄These people take no responsibility whatsoever for their failures. Fans can’t change their clubs. Managers should have it written in their contract if they got relegated, they have to stay at least one year.
