I'm getting more and more suspicions that substances with some serotonin activity (and its secondary consequences) increase focus unlike anything else.
It’s important to remember that both saffron and psilocybin increase serotonin.
The ongoing AND after effects of psilocybin (both micro dosing, and above average trip dosages) has increased my ability to be in the present moment of ONE task unlike anything else.
It’s actually palpable how nothing has come quite close.
Only MB and Coffee + L-Theanine + Megadose B1 has come closest, and none of those 2 are even in the same ballpark.
I'm seeing all the wrong takes on Ozempic
Here are the facts:
1) tirzepatide & retratrutide > semaglutide any day of the week
2) GLP-1s aren't inherently dangerous but if you take too much & continue to eat processed garbage you're gonna run into some issues
@antidoc CO is a blackbox that everyone thinks they can accurately predict but in reality is just high error margin guesstimation
From this:
- Macros and meal timing influence CO indirectly and directly more than we think
- Low calorie deficits (2-300) are inefficient
We get it
Blueberries are cool
But why isn't anyone talking about grapefruit maxxing?
- Fat burning
- Anti cancer
- Cardioprotective
- Anti diabetic
- Makes caffeine & nootropics stronger
- Neuroprotective
- Antioxidant/inflammatory
We enjoy all these great benefits and more thanks to the flavanoids Naringin & Hesperidin
Things I noticed personally:
- Hematocrit goes down
- LDL goes down
- Less hungry
- More muscle & less fat gain on bulks
- Better mood, focus, creativity
Pretty much just feel great all the time. I don't know why everyone who can grapefruitmaxx isn't grapefruitmaxxing
If you are prescribed a med and your doctor tells you to avoid grapefruit because it's a cytochrome P450 inhibitor, I get it
The rest of you have no excuse! Hit up your local grocery store today
Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with grapefruits in any way. I just think they're the most underrated fruit of all time.
