I'm getting more and more suspicions that substances with some serotonin activity (and its secondary consequences) increase focus unlike anything else. It’s important to remember that both saffron and psilocybin increase serotonin. The ongoing AND after effects of psilocybin (both micro dosing, and above average trip dosages) has increased my ability to be in the present moment of ONE task unlike anything else. It’s actually palpable how nothing has come quite close. Only MB and Coffee + L-Theanine + Megadose B1 has come closest, and none of those 2 are even in the same ballpark.

I'm seeing all the wrong takes on Ozempic Here are the facts: 1) tirzepatide & retratrutide > semaglutide any day of the week 2) GLP-1s aren't inherently dangerous but if you take too much & continue to eat processed garbage you're gonna run into some issues

I don't know why everyone who can grapefruitmaxx isn't grapefruitmaxxing If you are prescribed a med and your doctor tells you to avoid grapefruit because it's a cytochrome P450 inhibitor, I get it The rest of you have no excuse!
