@mike_mooney_ @AerLingus Same thing happened to me. Aer Lingus app doesn’t provide an invoice (with company logo, for expense processing). Customers must raise a case and it takes weeks to get invoices emailed. When I suggested they fix this on the app, I was actually asked to fill out another form!!

Hi @AerLingus, I have contacted your reservations team at least 5 times by phone and chat looking for an itemised invoice for a flight, I was promised I'd have it last week, no sign of it, called in this morning and after 30 minutes on hold the call ended with no update.
