@tmiller2462 A very clean clock cut, not distorted at all. Nice venues have a shot/game clock under the bleachers or back by the truck just for this shot.

@tmiller2462 Looks like camera shot to me - pretty sure that NBAtv games are all REMI-style productions, so camera feed is easiest to keep it in sync with everything. Color corrected is pretty trivial for the frame sync

Today in nerd problems: is this shot clock a data feed rendered in an LED-esque font? Or a shot of the actual clock, which would be color-corrected because they’re red in the venue?

@grantbachman SRT, RTMP, and NDI out. Tally on NDI or via custom API. There is intercom, but it's a little convoluted. I haven't dug in yet.

Playing with the JVC GY-HC500U with NDI. Sending a feed to vMix via NDI. Getting a return program feed from vMix via SRT. Pretty neat.

I try not to do this, but... comeon @Verizon. SOS all day, and I definitely need my phone for work. I've always liked the coverage from big red, but this is ridiculous - at least give some technical details or updates about *why* things aren't working.

@WilliamHazen7 My alma mater @GoshenCollege has worked hard to become a Hispanic Serving Institution - still living into that, but making progress. Now I think the community is being held back by slow progress on building housing, and a hostility to new apartments

@WilliamHazen7 Up in Northern Indiana, Goshen's been on this track for a while as well - when I graduated college in '10 there was a wave of immigration to the RV factories. Now all those families are established and have kids in Goshen Community Schools
