It’s a struggle to keep both wires in place...almost as bad as a Whisper. I love the wire for it’s torque in tortuous vessels but this is definitely a down side.

Anyone else found NC balloons gripping Sion blue wire very tightly after high pressure inflation making it difficult to remove the balloon. This seems to be a recurrent issue. Any explanation. @ProfDFrancis @mmamas1973 @jedicath @Dr_Stig @mirvatalasnag @DrAsifQasim

Interaction with wire/balloon inner coating seems like would be a better explanation.

I hope there will be a definitive trial & I'm glad they're all enrolling. I can't do it. I don't have the CTO volume.

The myocyte doesn't know if the artery is 99 or 100% occluded.

Curious to know the composition of the steering committee that proposed this? This is an effort to consolidate CTO’s to a relatively few centers across the US, this preserving job security. This doesn’t even question the real issue: namely it’s efficacy.
