GRAPE DAO Call | July 12th
The session was brief yet impactful, with several key discussions highlighted in the shared infographic.
- GRIP & GUBA Review: Members presented evidence of their contributions, making their case for recognition. This process reflected the equality and fairness that GRAPE DAO consistently upholds.
- DAO PROTECTION: Following BONK DAO recent exploit, we spoke at length towards DAO security, will publish a tweet on this soon
- Proposal Update: The second pass has been completed, and the proposal is set to go live shortly.
- Community Raffles: The call concluded with raffles, adding a celebratory touch.
- World Cup Debate: A spirited exchange unfolded around whether Argentina is being favored by FIFA. While some argued bias, others defended the fairness of the matches.
The atmosphere was engaging and pleasant, blending serious analysis with lighthearted community fun.

Grape DAO call this week was a short one
GRIP and GUBA first pass for june took up the larger chunk of the discussion, then Kirk took the stage to share product updates on Grape Wallet Beta, and RPC transition for cost efficiency on governance. so
From there we drifted into world cup talk, Vozinha, cape verde's goalkeeper, got his flowers for the performance he put in against argentina and the legacy he's leaving at this tournament

New Governance Updates by @ForkedKirk : - Fixed Delegate Handling: Wallets acting as delegates can now manage drafts, add signers, cancel proposals, and cast vetoes without getting blocked by owner-only checks. - Delegated Authorship: Supported delegated proposal creation, fully enforcing thresholds for both direct and delegated voting power. - Accurate Voting Data: Upgraded the UI to correctly display decimal-adjusted community and VSR voting amounts. -Flexible Voting: Users can now seamlessly withdraw both direct and delegated cast votes - Batch Execution: Reduced friction by batching "Execute All" proposal transactions wherever possible. - Fewer Wallet Prompts: Integrated multi-transaction signing support to significantly cut down on annoying wallet approval pop-ups. Realms is sunsetting, but your DAO operations don’t have to. Governance(dot)so is continuing the legacy keeping your governance seamless, powerful, and moving forward can reach out for a seamless onboarding

Grape DAO call: 21st june 2026
The meeting opened briskly, with @kirk stepping in to deliver a concise tutorial. His focus was on the mechanics of setting up OG reputation spaces, and he tied this into a broader overview of how reputation spaces intersect with the US judiciary system. It was short, sharp, and informative, setting the tone for the rest of the call.
Later on, the conversation loosened into lighter exchanges. Members shared cultural insights from around the world, a reminder of the DAO’s diverse community and the richness that comes from blending perspectives across borders.
The mood shifted again as the group dove deep into the crypto market. This segment was particularly engaging, with @ansem getting some air time. The spotlight fell on his $ansem token and the impact it has had on the Solana community, sparking thoughtful dialogue about innovation and the community-driven growth he has brought to solana during a bear market
As the call drew toward its close, attention turned to governance updates and the excitement of ongoing raffles. These final notes wrapped the session neatly, balancing serious updates with community fun.

google account AI updates got touched on briefly, the kind of quiet infrastructure shift that's easy to miss if you're heads down in defi. solana memecoins got a quick review, sentiment check more than anything, the meta moves fast and the community stays aware
Kirk came through with updates on famous foxes taking a W and new wallet features that change how daily interactions feel for users. the debit card discussion got real, zebec, plasma, tria, travala all on the table. crypto touching actual life, not just portfolios. different tradeoffs across each: processing, chain support, fx rates, rewards. no clear winner yet
grape DAO also discussed about the preparation to host perpl (another perp dex building on monad) in an introduction which matters because it plugs a serious perpdex build into a community that already knows how to show up. the broader perpdex landscape got a breakdown too, where liquidity sits, how protocols are differentiating, what competitive pressure looks like across Solana
anthropic vs the US government came up briefly. the AI policy tension is real and worth tracking for anyone building around these tools
