Maria Sheron told reporters that during the assault, the attacker screamed at them, calling Kerry a pedophile and hurling every insult imaginable. She said he called her one too. Today on Memorial Day, people are gathering at the home at East Mission Avenue and Buchanan Street in Escondido to support Maria and honor Kerry. Between the death of an Army veteran at the Trump House and the Islamic Center attack in San Diego, this has been one of the darkest weeks San Diego county has seen in a long time. There has been a lot of misinformation that all of the attackers in both incidents were MAGA and there is plenty of information from the manifesto and voter registration records to disprove that. If there is anything you can do to support the victim’s families in both incidents, please do.
