Orthopedic offices don't belong on the second floor in a retail space. Elevator is broken at new mexico orthopedics. Watching patients risk stairs (other are simply stuck).... It's been almost an hour....

@RadioMirage Gracias por esto! Spanish was my first language but English took over as I grew up. With a Hispanic first name it's sometimes assumed I speak, and I have the pronunciation and understand pero no hablo como mi primos. Gracias!

My Spanish language learning journey has been an emotional roller coaster. To cope, I made an episode that I wish I could have listened to before I started it. This is for all of you who want to get better at your heritage language(s). I hope it helps! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/how…

@LisaAbeyta @pcrickard We watched the rescue from our living room and kept thinking "well.. looks like the safety systems and engineering check out....looks like this isn't the first time they have run a rescue drill either." Saw interview with car operator, he was calm, cool and collected. Pretty cool

Playing #NewWorldMMO, impressed by the soundtrack. Kudos to @bc3po & @Djawadi_Ramin for producing. The Banjo, old time music in Weavers Fen stuck out. Nailed it. Makes me wanna break the Mando out.

A common trait I see in some skilled programmers is talking down to people w/ less experience. Particularly for mistakes in technical terms. This trait is absent in the true experts. They don't have time for petty. They listen, clarify, and educate. #gatekeeping

What is the highest honor #EugeneGoodman can be awarded? Give it to that man now. Also all the other capitol hill police/first responders who were hung out to dry should get honors and support.

@GrindstoneSEO In politics there are kingmakers and there are kings. Same with ranking imo. A high quality kingmaker doesn't need to be known, simply to have a track record of making a lot of kings over time. Top rank is fickle, rather get endorsed by many potential rankmakers.

1) Only the top 3 positions get any noticeable traffic for any search terms. Only #1 gets any traffic worth speaking of. You have a page ranking #5 for a term. It's not getting (much) traffic but it's relevant to my page. I want that link. You should too.

SEO Rant Time: Traffic is the stupidest fucking metric to base your link acquisition decisions on yet it's one of the de facto go to metrics everyone uses. You might disagree with me. You're wrong. Here's why:

@DavisTodder @dhuckelbridge It's not like they are leading an elite team into mount nightmare to fight colonialism and save civilization. Maybe if they did you could write a gimmicky female vampire about them.

@dhuckelbridge Yes! We must point out every time a woman accomplishes something greater than getting out of bed in the morning. You have set the bar so high! Break that glass ceiling. You go, girl.

@tomgreenlive loving the new mexico exploration. As a local I hope to see you more and more in our state. Digging the music making as well... Do you have them on soundcloud or similar? Love to explore some of your more experimental / non polished jams.

@randfish In 2008, fresh out of college I launched a small agency. I started attending the local chamber of commerce and realized quickly that most "small" business orgs/legislation/promotion is really large corporate business letting small mom/pop pretend to be in the same club.

Unpopular opinion: bigcos got there on ~20% skill, ~80% luck. I'm so uninterested in "here's how Amazon/Shopify/AirBnB/Google/P&G/Nike/blah blah did X." Show me the smallco case studies. The ones we actually need. The ones that alleviate inequality instead of furthering it.
